Dix Hills, N.Y. - The Five Towns College men's soccer team has signed Franklin Fuentes Canales.

Fuentes Canales, a goalkeeper from Huntington, New York, attended Walt Whitman High School where he played two years of varsity soccer; the Wildcats had an overall record of 17-11 during those seasons. Fuentes Canales is also a member of the Long Island Slammers club program, which recently won the Eastern New York State Championship.

"Franklin is a solid goalkeeper whose experience playing on one of the top club teams in the state makes him prepared to play at the college level. He will bring depth to our goalkeeper position." stated head coach Jason Fiscina.
