Petersburg, V.A. - Five Towns College senior guard Judith Girones and senior forward Jan Filip Jagielski were named 2024 USCAA National All-Acacemic Team on Saturday. 

Girones (Barcelona, Spain) had a strong season after sitting out the 2022-23 campaign due to an injury. She averaged 11.2 points per game. She added 3.2 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 2.4 steals this season. Girones shot 37.3 percent from the floor and 70 percent at the charity stripe. She was named HVIAC All-Conference second team selection in 2023-24 and scored 26 points in the Sound's 75-51 victory over Berkeley College in the HVIAC Final. 

Jagielski (Kielce, Poland) averaged 13.2 points, 6.8 rebounds and shot 44.5 percent from the floor and 37.1 percent from the three-point arc and 74.6 free throw percentage. He was named to the HVIAC All-Conference honorable mention selection in 2023-2024 and was named HVIAC Rookie of the Year in 2021-22.
