Coach Jaques shared his thoughts after the game, “It’s a tough loss, but there are plenty of positives to build on. Our inside game was strong, and our defensive effort kept us competitive. However, we need to work on creating better shot opportunities from the perimeter and improving our ball movement. We’ll take these lessons into the next practice and come back stronger as we get ready for the conference tournament.”
While the loss stings, the Sound remain focused on improvement. With a commitment to tightening up their offensive execution and leveraging their strength in the paint, Five Towns College is determined to bounce back in their next matchup. The team is already working to boost their perimeter shooting and reduce turnovers, ensuring that the lessons from this contest translate into future success.
